Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Flo Delight’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
 

GENERAL

i, We have the right to withdraw any Product from the Site for any reason without notice to you and you agree that we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or cost as a result of such unavailability.

ii, We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Site (or any part thereof) without notice to you and without any liability to you or to any third party.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

i. Total order amount less than RM250 will not require deposit payment. Payment shall be made 3 days before the collection day.

ii. Total order amount more than RM250 will require a 50% deposit payment when placing order. Once payment is made, proof of payment has to be sent to us in order to enable the order to be processed.

iii, Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already given to you before the changes.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

i. Changes to orders can only be made 48 hours before the agreed collection time through PHONE CALL only.

 

ii. Changes to date and time of collection can only be made 48 hours before the previously agreed collection date and time since the order will usually be in progress in the last 48 hours of the collection day.

 

iii. Changes to time of collection may be made the night before the collection day or early in the morning of the collection day. Last minute and/or sudden change to the time of collection may not always be available. In case you are having any issue with not being able to collect your order at the agreed time, please keep in touch with us so we can figure out a suitable solution that works for both parties.

 

iv. A cancellation fee of 80% of the total order amount will be charged if orders are cancelled within 24 hours of the collection time. A cancellation charge of 50% of the total order amount applies to all other cancelled orders within 48 hours of the collection time.
 

v. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order, we retain the right to refund or make changes to the orders if required.

FOOD ALLERGY

Please be advised that cakes, cookies, pastries, puffs, tarts, pies and cupcakes prepared here may contain the ingredients below: MILK, EGGS, GLUTEN, NUTS, etc. PLEASE ADVISE US IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGY.

STORAGE

CAKES,
Cake shall always be stored in the fridge and best eaten within 3 days. Should you need to store it for a longer period, you can freeze it up to one month. We recommend you to remove the cake from the fridge one (1) hour before eating.

COOKIES,
Cookies shall be stored in an air-tight container or properly sealed in plastic bag. Recommend to consume within one to two (2) weeks for freshness. Same goes to the fondant-icing cookies.

CHIFFON CAKES,
Chiffon cake can be left under room temperature for approximately 1 day on the day it is baked. After that it shall be stored in fridge.

CUPCAKES,
Please store in fridge and is best eaten within 3 days.

FONDANT CAKES AND CUPCAKES,
Do not store in the fridge since the fondant will become sticky and tacky when there is moisture content. Best eaten within 2 days. Store them in an air-tight container in a cool place, or put it in an air-conditioned room overnight.
